DESCRIPTION
Jim Eddy has been a full time woodworker for over 20 years. For the past 6 years he has added unique, delightful and functional wood lighting fixtures to his furniture, cabinetry and woodwork. His experience as a theatrical designer and as an architectural and furniture restorationist is evident in his designs--a "neo-traditional" style that marries traditional lines with contemporary forms and materials. He creates lamp bases by assembling pieces of wood, then turning them on the wood lathe. His shades are unique wood frames that house natural mica, or beautiful translucent, stabilized wood veneers. He offers table lamps, floor lamps and torchieres, wood wall sconces and chandeliers, and all forms of furniture and cabinetry.
